This is a healthy bread recipe for anyone who has a sluggish system. It contains so many healthy ingredients and is high in protein. You just need 1 bowl, simple measurements and healthy ingredients.

There is no kneading or hassle in the preparation, honestly it is so easy and fast. Here’s what you need:
1 cup sunflower seeds
Half a cup of flax seeds
Half a cup of any of these: almonds, hazelnuts cranberries, pumpkin
seeds
One and a half cups of oat flakes
I teaspoon of Danival salt
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
3 tablespoons of psyllium husk powder
1 tablespoons of maple syrup or a little Stevia
3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil or ghee
One and a half cups of water
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Then add the maple syrup, oil and water, mix well until it has a
dough like texture.
If it is too dry, slowly add some more water.
Put all of the ingredients into a lined loaf tin.
Smooth out the top of the loaf with the back of a spoon. Let sit for
at least 2 hours, or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 350°F / 175°C.
Place loaf pan in the oven on the middle rack, and bake for 20
minutes.
Remove the bread from the loaf pan, place it upside down on the
oven rack and bake for another 30-40 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
You can store the bread for up to five days or it can be stored in the
freezer. It is delicious toasted with lots of optional toppings. Enjoy!
