Hacks To Energise Yourself This Month!

Here are my tips to help you energise yourself, find happiness and feel healthy.

  • Upon awakening send positive thoughts to your day, say to yourself

”Today is a great day, things are always working out for me”

 

  • Breathe deeply into your nose, hold the breath for a few seconds then release, sending it down through your body! Repeat 3 time’s

 

  • Step onto a trampoline and rebound 100 times

 

  • Tap your Thymus gland on center of the upper chest x 7 times

 

  • Tap your kidney region on the left hand side of your body just below the ribs x 7 time’s

 

  • Tap your spleen on the right hand side of the body just below the ribs x 7 times

 

  • Complete a body brushing session 2 weekly to strengthen your immune system

 

  • To raise your vibration meditate for 10 minutes at least once a day

 

  • Go out into nature and absorb the day light

 

  • Every day ask yourself what influence are you under i.e. positive or negative

 

  • Every evening write down 3 things that you are grateful for, Esther Hicks say’s “get yourself into an endless loop of appreciation”.

 

 

  • Only do what brings you “JOY”
